Can we help with cooking and cleaning?

No, this is your vacation and while we appreciate the offer, we usually are able to conserve water more effectively from practive and besides…this is your time to be pampered.

Will you cook meals according to all of our preferences and food allergies?

YES, within reason, we try to accomodate all allergies for sure and reasonable requests for special diets but we do not offer vegan or dairy free options.

If we catch any fish can we eat it?

The answer is…it depends. If we are offshore and happen to land a mahi -mahi or a tuna, the answer is absolutely. Closer to shore we’re less likely to catch anything we can eat. In addition, reef fish and the fish that feed on reef fish like Barracuda could have a disease called “Ciguatera”.  It’s an illness caused by eating fish that contain toxins produced by a marine microalgae called Gambierdiscus toxicus. People who have ciguatera may experience nausea, vomiting, and neurologic symptoms such as tingling fingers or toes.

Does the menu ever change?

Absolutely. Prior to your trip you can fill out our preference sheet form found in our resources page. This gives us an opportunity to find out what you like or dislike and if anyone in your group has special dietary requirements or just certain preferences. Then we create a custom menu just for your group for the week.

Are drinks included?

YES! We will stock the boat based on your preference sheet and depending on availablity to have on board what you like. The Ship’s Bar is always stocked and includes regular bar choices like Vodka (usually Tito’s), Rum (Mt Gay), Gin (Tanquery), Tequila (Jose Cuervo or better) and a multitude of other choices nad mixers like tinic, soda water, soft drinks and obvioulsy red/white wines and beer.
